“Chi Mangia Bene, Vive Bene” means those who “eat well, live well” and that is the Pasta Rea motto.  Owner and Culinary Director, Chef Tony Rea, grew up in an Italian family eating fresh pasta on a daily basis.  He has memories of his mother, grandmother and aunts making fresh pasta and sauces in the kitchen for family dinners.  It’s this memory that helped fulfill his dream of bringing his family recipes to you.  Pasta Rea purchased the finest imported pasta machine’s back in 2016.  It’s capable of extruding 30-60 pounds of pasta per hour and producing over 26 different shapes.   Every week that machine produces the most amazing fresh pasta made with four simple ingredients of the finest milled durum & semolina flour, sea salt and water.
