Your nomination represents a significant opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate outstanding achievements.

General Nomination Guidelines:

In order to ensure a fair and comprehensive evaluation process, kindly adhere to the following guidelines when submitting your nominations:

• Eligibility: Nominated businesses must be active establishments within the Desert Foothills area, specifically encompassing Carefree, Cave Creek, North Phoenix, North Scottsdale, North Valley, Anthem, and Deer Valley.
• Membership Not Required: The nominator and/or nominees need not be members of the Carefree Cave Creek Chamber of Commerce to qualify for nomination.
• Self-Nominations: We enthusiastically welcome self-nominations. If you believe your business exemplifies excellence, we encourage you to put forth your own nomination.
• Complete Submission: To ensure equitable consideration, please ensure that all sections of the nomination form are completed accurately and comprehensively.

Your nomination carries the potential to elevate your business within our community, inspire others, and underscore your role as a pioneering force in the business landscape. We look forward to your participation in this esteemed program.

Please submit your nominations no later than the application deadline of Friday, October 20, 2023, at 5 PM MST. Incomplete submissions or those received after the stipulated time will regrettably not be considered.
