Celebrate the season with the lighting of a 20-foot Christmas tree beside the Veterans Memorial in Carefree Desert Gardens. Festivities start with holiday chimes from the Desert Hills Presbyterian Bell Ringers and classic carols from the Joyful Sounds choir. Mayor John Crane will share holiday wishes and lead the countdown to the tree lighting.

Afterward, stroll to the Sanderson Lincoln Pavilion, enjoying string music by the Jubilate Conservatory of Music and warming up with FREE hot chocolate. At 6:00 p.m., a holiday concert begins, featuring Kevin Glenn & his student singers, the Desert Cactus Kickers, and the POP dance group. Celebrate in true small-town holiday style with music, dance, and seasonal cheer!
