The Holland Center and Desert Foothills Land Trust invite the community to an enchanting evening of discovery at the upcoming Foothills Speaker Series event, “Starry Desert Nights.” This free event will take place on Tuesday, December 2, at 6:00 PM at the Holland Center.
Featured speaker Jenny Hall from Paradise Valley Community College will guide attendees through the wonders of the night sky, unraveling the mysteries of the universe through the science of stars. Following the presentation, participants will have the unique opportunity to observe celestial bodies up close, using professional-grade telescopes provided by Focus Astronomy.
