I proudly served as a Navy Corpsman for six years before earning a Bachelors degree at Texas Tech University. After experiencing the corporate world, I took an about-face, shifting from being managed on how to lead to managing and leading on my own terms. Taking the values instilled by the military (and part-time construction work during college) I transitioned into home inspections and, in 2017, became a licensed home inspector in Arizona.
