My name is Kelly. My husband Andy and I own Assisting Hands Home Care and run it alongside our daughter Abby.
Andy and I have lived in Cave Creek for the past 12 years. After taking care of my mom during the last years of her life, we knew we wanted to continue helping people in a way that would serve the community that we’ve spent so much time in. So as an RN, when we got an opportunity to start our non-medical in-home health care business, it immediately felt right to me.
At Assisting Hands, we hire caregivers to provide in-home services for people who need extra help to stay in their homes. Allowing someone to stay as independent for as long as possible is important because this allows them to experience their own lives to the fullest, while providing security for them and their loved ones.
Services we provide include, but are not limited to:
Companionship, Bathing, Dressing, Hair/Makeup, Cooking, Cleaning, Ambulation Assistance, Medication Reminders, Transportation and Pet Care
The goal of Assisting Hands is to create the best matches of caregivers to clients to provide care for our clients in their homes. Our clients are typically elderly, although they sometimes are people with varying disabilities or people who need help after they have left the hospital. We are also working on serving the veterans in our community to give them the support and care they deserve.
The areas we serve are Cave Creek, Anthem, New River, and other surrounding North Valley Communities.
