One-on-one assistance from a Veterans Administration Case Manager, with referrals to community-based organizations with funding assistance, as well as employment assistance, including: employment assessments, career guidance, job development and referrals to training and apprenticeship opportunities. Guided Meditation

Modern science continues to prove that meditation, an ancient and powerful technique, helps us deeply rest, connect to our inner selves and restore ourselves physically, mentally, and spiritually. Exploring the Dragonfly Trail – Spur Cross

  Exploring the Dragonfly Trail (moderate difficulty) Come along with Ranger Kevin on this exploration of the newest trail in the Spur Cross trail system, the Dragonfly Trail. On this moderate 3.5 mile hike we will visit a prehistoric rock art site and also stroll along a beautiful section of riparian habitat on Cave Creek.
