What Defines a Non-Brick and Mortar Business?
A business that is often referred to as an online or virtual business, operates primarily or entirely through digital channels without a physical storefront or office space. These businesses leverage the internet and technology to offer products or services, interact with customers, conduct transactions, and manage operations.
A non-brick-and-mortar business operates without a physical retail storefront, office space (other than a home office), or any commercial location where customers can visit. If your customers can’t walk into your primary place of business, you should have a table at this event – YOU belong here!

Table Reservation Details:
Cost: $75 per table
Inclusions: One 6’ table with 2 chairs, video interview for social media, Monday newsletter features, social media spotlight, opportunity for lead collection, and distribution of marketing materials.
Additional Exposure: Donate a physical gift for the wheel of prizes for increased marketing exposure.
Tablecloth/Banner: Bring your branded tablecloth and/or banner (6’ wide or smaller) for added visibility. Limited space is available for banners with walls behind tables.
Table Registration Deadline: May 2nd, 2025, at 5 PM MST.

Event Logistics:
Setup Time: Table setup begins at 4 PM (No earlier).
Table Choice: Tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrive early (not before 4 PM) for the best selection.
