CAREFREE, AZ – For many years, Taste of Foothills has been a beloved community event and the premiere fundraiser for local nonprofit organization Foothills Caring Corps. This highly anticipated event brought together Neighbors, Volunteers, and Supporters for a fun-filled evening where folks could reconnect with old friends, enjoy tasty bites from local restaurants, and participate in a live auction. The Foothills Caring Corps Staff and fundraising event committee have been meeting for months in preparation and believe that it is our duty and due diligence to prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of the community as we continue to face the challenges of the ongoing pandemic. We have made the decision to pivot from our original plans and are excited to announce that we will be hosting our first-ever Virtual Silent Auction fundraising event this summer from June 13th through June 17th in place of Taste of Foothills. Since the event will be held online, we are excited to expand the invitation to participate to all friends, family, and community members!

The Silent Auction will feature items and packages ranging from group activities and experiences to dining and drink packages to spas, resorts, and stay-cations. This event is only possible because of the wonderful community members, local business owners, and outstanding donors who have made In-Kind donations for the silent auction; thank you! Additionally, there are opportunities to support the programs and services provided by Foothills Caring Corps Volunteers by donating toward specific supplies needed. You can view opportunities to donate for program supplies here:
