Driven by her lifelong passion for horses and the realization that many people she encountered struggled to identify their true passions, Leeanne Gardner made a bold decision in 2008. After a successful 25-year career in the corporate world, she founded Unbridle IT, LLC, with a clear mission: to help individuals discover their “IT” and create a life filled with excitement and purpose. She felt a calling to make a meaningful impact with beloved show horses, Sassy and Romeo. Initially focused on equine programs, economic challenges led her to tap into her corporate experience and provide marketing and business support to small enterprises and purpose-driven organizations.
The onset of the pandemic in 2020 served as a wake-up call for Leeanne. She realized that a vital part of her happiness – her connection with horses – had been lost, with the passing of Sassy in 2011 and Romeo in 2016 . Determined to reignite her passion and purpose, she embarked on a journey of self-discovery and was encouraged to share her transformation in a book. “Unbridle IT! Buck Up and Create Your Happy!” became an Amazon #1 Best Seller in 2021, offering practical steps for finding happiness and fulfillment. A portion of the book’s proceeds supports her nonprofit, Unbridled Pathways.
Through events and experiences with horses, motivational speaking and marketing engagement services, Leeanne inspires others to create more fulfillment through intentional living.
