Leave your phone and stress at the door and enjoy an exclusive 90 minute yoga session lead by Ashley Sayaloune, owner of Modified Movement.
I will provide essential oils throughout the comprehensive yoga practice that focuses on self awareness, eliminating stress from the body and finding a new focus. Props will be provided for modifications of poses.
Enjoy a complementary oil infused cup of hot tea as well as an essential oil sample to take home.
