You have a workout for your body but have you ever thought about having a workout for your brain? Just as you train for a sport you can train to improve your memory and thinking skills. In these sessions, you will have an opportunity to experience a variety of cognitive activities, each focusing on different areas of the brain. The brain has an amazing ability to accommodate many changes one may experience in life.  As Aristotle says, “Education is the best provision for a journey to old age.”
