The Maricopa SBDC restaurant series provides local restaurants information to help them sustain and grow stronger during and beyond the COVID-19 pandemic. Every month we will offer a different topic with SBDC Business Analysts and guest speakers.

This month join in the conversation and explore why people are investing in ghost kitchens and virtual concepts and how they compare to launching a traditional brick and mortar and/or food truck. Additionally, we will look at how to set up restaurants for success in the world of delivery. Our exciting guest speakers are Jack Bell from CloudKitchens. and John Plew, CEO of Concept Entertainment (CEG); and founder of the successful Thirsty Lion Gastropub and Grill.

We will also update you on any new loan or grant opportunities designed for the restaurant industry.
