Yoga allows the nervous system to completely quiet and return to a balanced state and quieting the mind. At the same time the body gently stretches and opens to prep for meditation. Follow by everything you need to know about Mindfulness Meditation.
Our studio’s mural, the White Tara, Tears of Compassion. I will talk about White Tara’s history and how she has been chosen to be on the wall, and practice Loving Kindness Meditation.
It is the science and art of living, and has been shown to enhance concentration, lower blood pressure, and improve sleep. It is use to treat chronic pain, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorders.
This workshop will be  perfect for those are new or veterans to mindfulness and meditation.
Harumi has completed a two years certification program in 2021, of Mindfulness Meditation Teacher from Greater Good Science Center at Berkeley.
