Yoga Nidra is an intentional, step-by-step guided meditation into the deepest state of conscious relaxation. This ancient modality is now being utilized to address the root cause of everything from insomnia to post-traumatic stress.
You’ll learn what yoga nidra is, how it works, and how to facilitate it. Audio for daily practice will be provided, as well as a basic script and alternate components to write your own scripts.
