Appetizer:    Red Quinoa Salad tossed with Wild Mushroom Escabeche, Heirloom Tomatoes and Roasted Anaheim Chili on a Bed of Arugula
Entrée:         Mesquite Wood-Grilled Wild Boar Tenderloin, Green Chili Jus Lie, Apricot Chutney, Crispy Corn Cake and Baby Vegetables
Dessert:        Fresh Strawberry Rhubarb Upside Down Cake, served with Strawberry Compote and Ginger Anglaise Sauce.

Admission: Each event will kick off with a friendly no-host cocktail hour at 5 p.m., followed by dinner served promptly at 6 p.m. and the presentation at 7 p.m. Cost is $55 per person plus sales tax and 18 percent gratuity for a three-course meal with an appetizer, entrée and dessert.
